By booking services with Health Is Your Wealth, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect between our team and our clients.
Scope of Services
Health Is Your Wealth, LLC provides non-medical case management services, including:
• Care coordination
• Resource referrals
• Benefits navigation
• Advocacy for underserved populations
Services may be delivered virtually or in-person, as agreed upon during booking.
Booking and Payment
• Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling platform or direct communication.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and approved third-party platforms.
Refund Policy
• If services are not provided during your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.
• If servicing time must be changed, you will be notified at least 24 hours before your session begins.
• If we fail to comply with this policy, a full refund will be automatically disbursed.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and communication.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for refund unless due to emergency or extenuating circumstances.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
• All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• We do not share personal data with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Limitations of Service
• Health Is Your Wealth, LLC does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services.
• Our services support access to resources and advocacy—not replace licensed medical or legal professionals.
Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcement.
